What are the best tips for removing hair dye from skin? My little sister did my hair last night and now I have stains on my forehead. I gotta get this dye off before school on Monday. Thanks.

I have two tips for removing hair dye from your skin. Since the stain is on your forehead, please be gentle so as to not irritate your forehead or face.
The first way to remove dye would be to exfoliate your skin. The faster the stained skin sheds, the more the marks will fade. You can do this by massaging it with baking soda. Then rinse off the soda with warm water. If the dye were on your hands I would recommend trying paste toothpaste to scrub it away.
The second way is to use an oil to dissolve the dye. Try rubbing olive oil into your skin and let it stay overnight. Again, if the marks were on your hands or a less sensitive area, you could try petroleum jelly or baby oil. This would also be one of the best ways to remove slime from hair.
In the future, try to catch any dye spills as soon as possible. The less the dye penetrates into your skin, the easier it will be to clean off afterward.
You might also try a beauty supply store to see if they have a solution for you that won’t irritate your skin.
Now if you happen to enjoy dying your hair, this article will tell you all sorts of ways to dye your hair at home and on this post we show you more ways to get hair dye off skin. It’s where I got the tips for how to remove the hair dye from your skin.
I hope this helps in time for class on Monday. Good luck!
