All around "How To..." Questions on Tipsbulletin

Rather than buying commercial cleaners and insecticides, more and more people are resorting to the do-it-yourself philosophy. It’s a booming industry, as is evidenced by the thousands of books and articles published each year on “how to” topics. You can find how-to editorials on everything from baking a cake to changing the oil in your car to cleaning your laptop screen. The list is almost endless.

Natural methods for cleaning and to get rid of gnats and other bugs are popular because of the prevalence of dangerous chemicals in most products. Using everyday items like essential oils, rubbing alcohol, and white or apple cider vinegar can do wonders in the home.

Gnats and ants usually don’t bite, but they are quite annoying, especially when you find them in the kitchen or bathroom. There are many remedies for getting rid of these pesky creatures without using harsh chemicals. Eliminate your ant problem and those flying gnats by using everyday ingredients that you already have in the house.

Everyone is always looking for easier and better ways on how to clean and not to spend a lot of time and make use of things you currently have in the cupboard. Areas around your home that may be due for a good washing include your laptop and your mattresses. You can use some of the same items to clean and disinfect a mattress that you utilize on your computer. While you never want to scrub your laptop, your mattress can benefit from a good washing with vinegar and baking soda.
